What Vitae Outreach is

Vitae Outreach is a career advisory firm for aspiring professionals in the UK and US. We advise clients on landing paid roles in fields like finance, consulting, law and tech by reaching hiring decision-makers directly, backed by a guarantee of a paid offer in their target field within 28 days.

How the firm started

Vitae Outreach was founded by Luke Stone (LinkedIn). As a student, Luke watched everyone around him funnel applications into the same portals and wait. He tried a different route and wrote directly to the people who ran the firms he wanted to join. Doing that, he landed more than 10 offers in a single year across investment banking, consulting, fintech and creative industries, and none of them came through a job portal. Friends started asking how he did it, then friends of friends, and the firm grew out of teaching the approach properly. He has since advised dozens of clients who have gone on to land offers the same way.

What we believe

Job boards are a queue. Hundreds of people apply for the same role, screening software reads the CVs, and almost everyone gets silence. We think the way out is to leave the queue.
