Is Vitae Outreach legit?
Yes. Vitae Outreach is the trading name of InternOutreach Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales, founded and run by Luke Stone. We are a career advisory firm. Every client signs a written agreement with us laying out terms, the fee is agreed on a call before any commitment, and our guarantee is set out in that agreement in plain terms. The people on our results page are real clients, and their video interviews are unscripted. You can watch them in full and judge for yourself.
How is this different from free careers advice or job boards?
Job boards put you in a queue with hundreds of other applicants for the same role, and most free careers advice is about polishing the application you send into that queue. We advise clients to skip the queue and go directly to the people who make hiring decisions, most often at boutique firms that never post on job boards in the first place. We work alongside you while you do it: who to contact, what to say, and how to convert the conversations that come back into offers.
Who is it for, and who is it not for?
It is for aspiring professionals in the UK or US, from current students to people who graduated a while ago, who want a role in fields like finance, consulting, law or tech and are getting nowhere through job boards. You need the right to work in the country you are applying in, and you need to be willing to put in the outreach work, an average of 2 hours a week with our advanced systems. If you want someone to get a job for you without your involvement, or you cannot commit the hours, we are honest on the strategy call that this is a poor fit.
What happens on the strategy call?
It is a free video call where we go through your situation: what you are aiming for, what you have tried, and what has been getting in the way. We tell you honestly whether we can help, and if we do not believe we can get you a paid offer, we say so and point you somewhere more useful. If we can help, we explain exactly how we would work together and what the fee is, and you decide from there. There is no obligation and nothing to prepare.
How much time does it take each week?
The outreach work we set averages 2 hours a week with our advanced systems, and most clients fit it around study or a full time job. The guarantee is conditional on completing that work, so we make sure you can commit the hours before you join, and we say so plainly on the strategy call if we think you cannot.
Why are prices not listed online?
Because we only take on clients we genuinely believe we can get a paid offer for, and that judgement happens on a strategy call, so the fee is shared there too. On the call we go through your situation, tell you honestly whether we can help, and if we can, we tell you exactly what working with us costs before you commit to anything.
How does the 28 day guarantee work?
If you do the work we set and you do not receive a paid offer in your target field within 28 days, you get your money back. The guarantee is conditional on completing the outreach work we advise, which averages 2 hours a week with our advanced systems, and the full conditions are written into the client agreement every client signs. Approved refunds are paid within 14 business days.
Can I speak to past clients?
Sometimes, yes. During or after the strategy call we can sometimes connect you with past clients so you can hear about their experience first hand. Before that, the unscripted video interviews on our results page are the fastest way to hear clients describe the work in their own words, from where they started to the offers they signed.
